Sixty square metres on the first floor, with a comfortable desk set in the main bedroom — away from the living room, which changes everything when you work in the evening. The historic bow window lights the room all day.
Availability: the Opal Suite is open to extended stays from September 2026. For a second apartment or a team, write to us — we consider every request.

The discount grows with the length of the stay. It applies automatically at booking — no code, no paperwork.

Discounts beyond 7 nights apply to stays beginning between September and February, the season in which we prioritise professional guests. Nightly rates vary by season; the exact amount appears when you select your dates. Added to this are the cleaning and linen fee, €60 per week started, and private parking at €10 a night, capped at €80 per stay.
Invoicing and legal framework
Invoice in your company's name
Itemised and sent by e-mail — usable as is for expense claims.
10% VAT, reclaimable
Our activity falls within the French para-hotel regime (Article 261 D, 4°-b of the General Tax Code): accommodation is subject to VAT at the reduced rate of 10% (Article 279, a). Invoices show the net amount and the VAT separately, reclaimable by your company under ordinary rules. Parking, a distinct supply, carries its own 20% rate.
Mobility lease available
For assignments of one to ten months (Article 25-12 of the Act of 6 July 1989): no security deposit, fixed term, reduced formalities. On request.
Pre-authorised payment
Your card is held but only charged once the booking is confirmed.
